Navigate the CMS overview
Read the selected site's status, items needing attention, and recent activity.
The CMS Overview summarizes the site currently shown in the CMS site selector. Find your CMS site first if you manage more than one.
Read the status cards
Open CMS → Overview in App and review the four cards at the top:
| Card | What to check |
|---|---|
| Public serving | Whether the selected site is ready to serve its published pages. |
| Domain | The default and custom hostnames, and whether a custom domain needs attention. |
| Content | Published and draft page counts, and whether the homepage is published. |
| Inbox | Open submissions and their status, when you have access to inbox data. |
A card can show Ready, Needs action, or Unavailable. Read its details before deciding what to do. Unavailable may mean you do not have access to that data; it does not by itself mean the whole site is down.

Review attention and activity
- Needs attention lists conditions to review before publishing. If there are none, it says that no CMS issues need attention right now.
- Activities shows recent work for the selected site. You can filter by user, open an activity for details, or refresh the list.
- A retention policy card may also appear when the site has a retention policy available to view.
If information you expect is missing, check the selected site and your CMS access. If the overview fails to load, use its Refresh overview action. For an issue in Needs attention, follow the relevant CMS area to correct it, then return to the overview to check the status again.
