Find your CMS site
Open CMS, choose the site you work on, and check what to do if it is missing.
A CMS site is the website whose content and settings you manage. If your organization has more than one site, choose the right one before making changes. Your access can differ between sites.
Open a site

Sign in to the intended organization and open App from the platform selection screen. If you need help, follow Sign in and choose an organization.

Open CMS from the App navigation. The Overview is the starting point for the selected site.

Check the site name in the CMS site selector in the header. Open the selector to choose another site if you work on more than one.

Confirm the selected site name before editing content or settings. The CMS pages and their data follow your selected site.
If you have unsaved edits, the App asks you to confirm before switching sites. Save your work first if you want to keep it.
If the site you need is missing
If the site you need is missing, or No CMS sites appears, check that you are signed in to the correct organization. Then ask your organization administrator to confirm that the site is available to your organization and that you have the required CMS access. They can coordinate with a site administrator to grant access to that site if needed.
If your administrator confirms that you have both organization-level CMS Access and access to the site, but it still does not appear, contact Industrix support. Include your organization and site names and any message you see.
Once you can select the site, navigate the CMS overview to check its current status.
